    These General Terms and Conditions govern the sales of products made on the website www.maisoncristal.ch and the showroom appointments organized by Maison Cristal .

    • Any order placed on the site constitutes acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions.

    • An order confirmation is sent by email after payment validation.

    3. Price

    Prices are displayed in CHF (Swiss francs) including VAT.
    Delivery costs are indicated before final validation.

    4. Payment

    Payments are secured via Shopify (PayPal or credit card).
    The order is validated upon receipt of full payment.

    5. Delivery

    • Shipping time: within 3 weeks

    • Standard delivery: 3 to 7 working days

    • Express delivery: 1 to 3 working days (subject to availability)

    • Delivery with signature required

    6. Returns & Exchanges

    • Deadline: 7 days after receipt

    • Condition: Unworn, unwashed item, with tags

    • Returns at your expense or free of charge in the showroom

    • Exchange or refund after verification

    • Returns accepted for online orders only

    7. Private showroom

    Fittings are by appointment only, in a private setting in Geneva.
    No direct sales without prior reservation.

    8. Liability

    Maison Cristal cannot be held responsible for delivery delays due to the carrier or force majeure.
